1. Mr. Ajay Sharma, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
2. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with connected applications.
3. The dismissal of the present writ petition shall not be prejudicing the petitioner in case any fresh cause of action accruing to the petitioner with respect to the subject matter of the proceedings out of which the petitioner came forward with the present petition under article 227 of the Constitution of India.
