WP(C) No. 1596/2026

being a resident of Jammu, the petitioner can very well perform the assignment of Supervisor for Census 2027 which is an exercise meant for serving the cause of Nation and is to be carried out by engagements of the public servants/officials as the State/UT or for that matter the Union of India has no other option of entrusting the responsibility into the private hands, as such, this Court does not find any good ground for entertaining this writ petition, as such, the same is accordingly, dismissed alongwith all connected application/s.
