01. The applicant/petitioner, through the medium of present application, is seeking withdrawal of writ petition-WP(C) No. 2469/2023, but without prejudice to his right to file a fresh writ petition in the event of accrual of a fresh cause of action to seek redressal of his legal grievance.
02. The writ petition-WP(C) No. 2469/2023 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved as prayed for.
03. Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
