1. In terms of order dated 24.02.2026, we directed the issuance of notice to the appellant as the learned counsel representing the appellant Mr. R. K. Gupta, had expired.
2. Notice issued to the appellant through Process Serving Agency was received back duly served as is recorded in the order dated 30.05.2025. None had appeared on behalf of the appellant on previous date and same is position today, we are choiceless but to dismiss this appeal. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
