ORDER

(11.05.2026)

The absence of learned counsel for the petitioner is a pointer to the fact that the petitioner is not inclined to come up with a response or confirmation to the query which this Court came to register for the learned counsel for the petitioner to respond as to whether the petitioner availed the benefits of Non-Pension Scheme (NPS) which came into force by virtue of SRO 400 of 2009 as in the event of the answer being yes, then the cause of action for the petitioner to pursue this contempt petition would come to self collapse. Absence of learned counsel for the petitioner amounts to an admission by default and, as such, the instant petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
