ORDER

(24.04.2026)

01. With the efflux of time, the writ cause and writ purpose have been rendered infructuous and that is the reason that the petitioner is defaulting in pursuing the matter which is reflected from the intermittent appearances of the counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

02. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
