ORDER

01. This Court is not inclined to grant indulgence in the matter but, nevertheless, this Court very candidly registers a request and reminder to the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu that no wasteful adjournments be granted to the Prosecution in the matter of advancement of arguments in the criminal case which otherwise is on the verge of verdict awaiting only the addressing of arguments from the end of the Prosecution as well the accused.
02. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed along with connected application.
03. A copy of this order be forwarded to learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu for being taken on record.
