01. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition bearing CM(M) No. 10/2025 with liberty to file afresh in light of the averments as made in the application CM No. 1242/2026.
02. Accordingly, the application bearing CM No. 1242/2026 is allowed. The main petition CM(M) No. 10/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted subject to the condition that in the event of filing of fresh petition in case of petitioner being advised to do so, then a certified copy of the present petition along with the certified copy Serial No. 91 Supplementary List-1
