ORDER
(06.04.2026)
1. This appeal under section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 came to be taken before the National Lok Adalat wherein the counsel for the appellant-Reliance General Insurance Company Limited came to make a statement for withdrawal of the appeal meaning thereby reconciling with the award of compensation by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (MACT), Kathua on claim petition No. 92/CP of 2008.
2. In view of aforesaid development, the present appeal is in state of dismissal as withdrawn and is, accordingly, disposed of.
3. The amount of compensation, if any, deposited with the Registrar Judicial, Jammu pursuant to order dated 22.07.2011 be disbursed to the claimants as per the mandate of the award dated 22.04.2011 of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (MACT), Kathua. Registrar Judicial, Jammu to do the needful as directed.
