ORDER
(12.03.2026)
1. On mention, the matter is taken up.
2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the matter having been settled between the parties amicably, the appellant has sought withdrawal of the appeal which was permitted by the National Lok Adalat vide order dated 13.12.2025.
3. The order passed by the Lok Adalat is made rule of the Court.
4. In view of the above, the amount deposited, if any, be released in favour of the claimants subject to proper verification, identification and under rules, in terms of the award passed by MACT.
5. The appeal stands disposed of.
