ORDER

(06.03.2026)

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner so was the case on previous two dates of hearing as well. The petitioner has not taken steps for service of the respondents in this case, which has been sub judice for the last ten years. The continued absence on the part of the petitioner suggests that the petitioner has lost interest in the prosecution of the case. The petition is, thus, dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. A copy of this order be forwarded to the trial Court for information.
