ORDER
(20.02.2026)
Petitioners, through the medium of this petition seek police protection as they have married being major, of their own will and against the wishes of private respondent Nos. 5 to 8, who have been threatening them.
On the previous date of hearing i.e., on 16.02.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was adjourned. Today, also, there is no representation on their behalf which suggests that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition, after its filing.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non- prosecution along with connected application(s).
