ORDER

(20.02.2026)

On mention, the matter is taken up, out of turn. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant contempt petition as he has instructions to withdraw the same in view of the grievance of the petitioner having been redressed, in terms of judgment passed in WP(C) No. 2451/2025. His statement is taken on record. In view of the above, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are dropped and the petition is settled.
