The present application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking withdrawal of the main writ petition bearing OWP No. 1318/2017, in view of the fact the petitioner has been declared as owner of the property, which is the subject matter of the main petition. His statement is taken on record.
For the reasons stated in the application coupled with submissions made at bar, same is allowed. Consequently, the petition being OWP No. 1318/2017 is dismissed as withdrawn, along with connected application(s).
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
