01. For the last three consecutive dates of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and same is the position today also. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the instant petitions.
02. In view of the above, both the petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s).
03. Interim directions, if any, shall stand vacated.
