This case was listed before this Court way back on 11.11.2014 and since then no efforts were ever made by the petitioners to get the case listed for more than 11 years. Today when the case was listed before this Court, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, despite indicating the name of the counsel for the petitioners in the cause list. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
