1. None appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner who had filed this petition in 2012 with regard to admission ASCOMS which is a medical college.
3. It appears that the petition would have been rendered infructuous, however, without commenting upon the merits of the case, since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with pending application(s).
