ORDER
(29.01.2026)
This case was lastly listed before this Court way back on 11.04.2017 and since then no efforts were ever made by the petitioner to get the case listed for more than eight years. Today when the case was listed before this Court, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite indicating the name of the counsel for the petitioner in the cause list. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
