This case was lastly listed before this Court way back on 31.05.2016 and since then no efforts were ever made by the petitioner to get the case listed for more than 09 years. Today when the case was listed before this Court, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners despite indicating the name of the counsel for the petitioner in the cause list. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition or the same has become infrucutous. Be that as it may, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
