1. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
2. In the compliance report filed by the respondents, it is stated that Rs.1.60 lakh has been placed at the disposal of Chief Education Officer, for onward release in favour of the petitioner.
3. In view of above, contempt proceedings in this petition are closed and Chief Education Officer, Srinagar is directed to release the aforesaid amount in favour of the petitioner.
4. In the event, the aforesaid amount is not released in favour of the petitioner, petitioner shall be at liberty to get the contempt petition reviewed.
