ORDER
06.10.2026 CCP(S) 8/2020 In SWP 602/2017:
01. In SWP No. 602/2017, preferred by the petitioners, this Court on the very motion hearing in terms of order dated 04.04.2017, directed the respondents to consider the appointment of the petitioners in accordance with judgment dated 01.06.2016, passed in SWP No. 434/2003.
02. Compliance report stands filed, a perusal whereof reveals that the Chief Education Officer, Anantnag, in similarly situated case bearing SWP No. 434/2003 read with SWP No. 735/2004 titled “Shakeela Rehman and Ors. Vs. State of J&K and Ors.” has issued a speaking consideration order, whereby the claim of the petitioners therein was found to be devoid of merit and was rejected accordingly.
03. In view of the above, the order which is being sought to be enforced through the medium of present petition, stands complied with. The present petition does not survive anymore and accordingly MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 08.10.26
