1. After arguing for a considerable time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner would be satisfied, in case respondents are directed to consider claim of the petitioner within a time frame.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the present petition as a representation and consider the claim of the petitioner, after affording a reasonable opportunity of being heard to him within a period of 6 weeks from the date copy of this order along with annexures is made available.
