2. There is no representation on the part of the appellant. Same was the case on last two consecutive hearings. On the previous date of hearing the appearance of the appellant was awaited in the ends of justice with the stipulation that in case of his no representation on today, the matter shall suffer dismissal for non-prosecution.
3. It appears that appellant is not interested in the prosecution of the appeal, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
