1. There is no representation on the part of the petitioners.

2. The matter was previously listed on 8th of September, 2026 and 26th of September, 2026, on both of which dates there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. The matter came to be taken up today, instead on the date of 29th October, 2026, fixed on 26th of September, 2026, by way of grant of miscellaneous application bearing CM No. 6774/2026, through which preponement of the matter was sought. It was mentioned in the said preponement application that actually the Court on 26th of September, 2026 had directed the listing of the matter again on 29th of September, however, inadvertently in the Court order, the date of 29th of October, 2026 came to be written. This fact has been testified by the Bench staff also.

4. Vide the previous order dated 26.09.2026, the appearance of the petitioners was awaited with the stipulation that in case of their failure to represent the matter on the next date of hearing, the matter shall suffer its dismissal for non-prosecution.

5. It appears that petitioners are not interested in the prosecution of the matter.

6. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with all the connected applications.

7. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.

(MOHD YOUSUF WANI)
