The record reveals that none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the last five consecutive dates of hearing and, therefore, the matter could not be referred for mediation on the last date of hearing. Today also, none appears on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, an inference can be drawn that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the instant matter.
2. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
