1. It is fairly conceded by the counsel for the petitioner that as on today no cognizance has been taken against the petitioner and that in terms of Section 223 of the BNS, the petitioner has a right to contest the complaint before the cognizance is taken.
2. He therefore, submits that he would not press this petition being premature but with liberty to reserve the right of assailing the cognizance order in case need arise. His statement is taken on record.
3. Dismissed as not pressed along with connected CrlM(s) with liberty to file fresh in case need arise.
