1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition be disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to expedite the proceedings in the execution petition title “Radiance Pro Packaging Pvt.Ltd Vs. Sheeraz Ahmad Raina”.
2. Notwithstanding the maintainability of petition, present petition is disposed of, by requesting the learned Trial Court to take note of the judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case titled “Periyammal (dead) Through Lrs and Ors., Vs. V.Rajamani and Anr. Etc.” reported in 2025 INSC 329, and proceed in accordance with law. Disposed of.
