1. In terms of order dated 08-07-2026, the execution petition preferred by the respondent was disposed of, and the judgment debtors i.e., petitioners, were directed to be kept in civil prison till the satisfaction of the decree.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order be set aside and learned Executing Court be directed to decide the execution petition afresh after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the parties.
3. In view of above, the present petition is allowed, and the order dated 08-07-2026, passed by the learned Executing Court in execution petition titled Khumi Begum vs UT of J&K and Ors, is set aside. The Executing Court shall pass fresh orders after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the parties.
4. Disposed of.
