01. This Revision petition is primarily directed against Order dated 2nd of May, 2017 passed in a suit titled “Azad Education and Research Trust Vs. Bilal Ahmad Kuttay and Others”. After the arguments were almost concluded, it was brought to the notice of this Court that above titled suit stands already dismissed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla, in terms of Order dated 26th of April, 2024.
02. In view of the above, this civil revision petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
