Mr. Mohsin ul Showkat Qadiri, learned Senior AAG appearing for the respondents has come up with Government Order dated 28th of September, 2026 regarding the option to the Government employees appointed or brought on regular establishment on or after 1st of January, 2010, vide SRO No. 400 of 2009 dated 24th of December, 2009. He has further submitted that the reference to the petitioners’ case has also been made in the order
02. In view of the above, the proceedings in the present contempt petition are closed with liberty to the petitioners to get the same revived in the event the cause survives.
