ORDER

28.09.2026 CM No.6635/2026

1. This is an application filed on behalf of respondents 5 and 6 seeking extension of time for filing reply/objections.

2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Accordingly, the reply annexed with the application is taken on record in open Court.

3. CM disposed of. WP(C) 367/2024

1. None appears for the petitioner.

2. The record reveals that an adjournment was sought on behalf of the petitioner in the instant matter on 11.05.2026 on the ground that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not available.

3. Today, also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, an inference can be drawn that the petitioner is not serious in prosecuting the instant matter.

4. The instant petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
