1. Leaned senior counsel for the petitioners on 16.12.2025 sought time to report instructions in the matter and thereafter neither the petitioners, nor their counsel has turned up for further prosecution of the matter. It appears that petitioners have lost interest in further prosecution of the case.
2. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with connected CMs.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
