O R D E R
28.09.2026 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition, in the event cause survives. In view of above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim direction if any, shall stand vacated. In view of withdrawal of the main petition, contempt proceedings in CCP(S) No.444/2023, are closed and petition disposed of.
