1. Learned counsel for the petitioner last appeared on 19.07.2024 and thereafter he has not turned up for more than two years. It appears that either the order, which is sought to be implemented through the medium of present petition stands complied with, or he is not interested in further prosecution of the matter.
2. Hence, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution and accordingly, contempt proceedings are closed.
