28.09.2026
1. The record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 18.02.2026. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 21.05.2026, on which date, due to the non-availability of the learned arguing counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned. Today also, when the matter was taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant matter.
2. The instant matter is, accordingly, dismissed for non- prosecution.
3. Interim direction, if any subsisting, shall stand vacated.
