ORDER
28.09.2026
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek the transfer of the suits pending before the court of Sub Judge, Sopore to the court of Additional District Judge, Sopore where the suit for Specific Performance of Agreement is pending so that both the suits are consolidated.
2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the court of competent jurisdiction seeking transfer and consolidation of the suits as mentioned above and in the event any such motion is laid, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
