1) Learned counsel for the petitioners has remained absent on the last two dates of hearing, i.e., 02.12.2025 and 21.07.2026. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The same indicates that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the matter in both the aforesaid petitions.
2) Accordingly, TrP (Crl) No. 16/2025 and TrP (Crl) No. 17/2025 are dismissed for non-prosecution.
3) Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
4) Copy of this order shall be conveyed to the Trial Court, which shall proceed in the matter in accordance with law.
