ORDER
25.09.2026
1. Mr. Alla ud din Ganai, learned AAG for respondents, has produced a copy of Order No. 99 Estt of 2026 dated 24.07.2026, whereby, pursuant to the approval conveyed by the Administrative Department dated 17.12.2025, sanction has been accorded for the temporary appointment of the petitioner as MTS (Helper) under SRO 43 of 1994. Copy of the order dated 24.07.2026 is taken on record.
2. In view of the above, since the relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition stands redressed by the respondents, present petition does not survive and same is disposed of, along with connected CMs.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
