ORDER
25-09-2026
01. The petitioner was issued Communication dated 26th of February, 2016, whereby he was asked to repay the outstanding amount along with interest, failing which his services were to be terminated.
02. On the previous date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents had submitted that the petitioner had been terminated from service in terms of order dated 20th of March, 2023.
03. On the last date of hearing also, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, the same is the position.
04. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
05. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
