ORDER

25.09.2026

1. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner had earlier filed a separate bail application, being BA No. 173/2025, connected with BA No. 1211/2025, both of which came to be dismissed, and that there has been no change in circumstances warranting the filing of a fresh application.

2. There being no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is also dismissed for want of prosecution and consigned to records.
