01. Notice in the present case came to be issued on 09.10.2024 i.e., about two years back. Thereafter, none has turned up on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that he is not interested in further prosecution of the petition.
02. Hence, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s).
03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
