ORDER

25.09.2026

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner last appeared in this Court on 15.05.2024, i.e., more than two years back and thereafter, none has turned up today on fourth consecutive date of hearing. It appears that petitioner has lost interest for further prosecution of the case.

2. Hence, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with connected CMs.

3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
