1. The petitioner had filed application for withdrawal of the petition but prayer of the petitioner was not acceded to as is evident from order dated 18.11.2025. Thereafter there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearing. Same is the position today. This Court is left with no option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
