01. Perusal of the record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 09.09.2026 and same is the position today as well. Thus, an inference can be drawn that the petitioners are not interested in further prosecution of the instant matter.
02. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed along with connected application(s), for want of prosecution. Interim direction, if any, subsisting as on date, shall stand vacated.
