ORDER
22.09.2026
01. Compliance in terms of order dated 09.02.2022 passed by the writ Court in WP(C) No. 173/2022 read with order dated 13.07.2026 passed in the present contempt petition stands filed, a perusal whereof reveals that cases of the petitioners have been considered in the light of the aforesaid orders and they have been found bereft of the original engagement orders, in the absence of which their continuation as on date do not fall within the purview of SRO 520 of 2017.
02. In view of the above, present petition having been rendered infructuous is dismissed, however petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the consideration order No. 109/ADM of 2026 dated 17.09.2026.
03. Disposed of.
