ORDER

22.09.2026

1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 07.07.2025 passed in the writ petition, the representation was submitted by the petitioner which was rejected. He further submits that the order of rejection of the representation has been assailed by the petitioner through the medium of writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 2824/2025 and as such the petition as well as the contempt petition have been rendered infructuous.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has conceded the same.

3. In view of above, both the petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. The petitioner is left free to raise all the grounds as has been raised in the present petition in the second petition.
