1. This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the above titled writ petition. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have assured that the petitioner’s grievance would be redressed and on this assurance seek withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one in case the grievance is not redress or cause survives.
2. Application in view of the averments pleaded therein coupled with the submissions made at the bar is allowed. Accordingly, writ petition WP(C) No. 1839/2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one in case the grievance is not redressed or cause survives.
