ORDER
21.09.2026
1. None appears for the petitioner.
2. It is noticed that on the previous two dates of hearing as well, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Despite the matter having been listed on repeated occasions, the petitioner has chosen not to appear.
3. The continued absence of the petitioner and his counsel leads this Court to conclude that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the instant petition. No purpose would, therefore, be served by keeping the matter pending on the Board.
4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution along with all connected CMs.
5. Interim direction(s) if any subsisting, shall stand vacated.
