O R D E R
21.09.2026 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that parties have settled the dispute finally. Since the dispute has been settled finally, that is why no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners for last two consecutive dates of hearing. Today also none appears for the petitioners. In view of above, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
