CORAM:

HON’BLE MR JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE

(ORDER) 19.09.2026

01. The short grievance projected by the petitioners is that they filed two applications in the Court of learned 4th Additional Munsiff, Srinagar [“the trial Court”]; one under Order XXXIX Rule 2(a) read with Section 151 CPC, on 15.04.2025, followed by supplementary application, under the same provisions, on 29.12.2025, but trial Court, till date, has failed to decide both the applications.

02. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he will be satisfied if trial Court is directed to dispose of aforesaid applications within a time frame. His statement is taken on record. Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

03. In view of limited nature of controversy and an innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of aforesaid applications preferred by the petitioners within a period of two months from the date copy of this order is made available.

04. Disposed of along with connected CM(s).
